I loved the first book Soul Stealer and cannot wait for this next book. The artwork and poetic writing of the first book, are masterful. The story is dark but has just a bit of redemption in it, that is what is so moving and entrances the reader. Looking forward to seeing what is next. I love the title Time Heals Nothing- it makes it hard to wait and wonder.
Soul Stealer Book 2 - “Blood and Rain” transcends and embraces Book 1, “The Beaten and the Damned” as Kalen continues his search for Oxania; to quote the inside jacket cover, “Love Is A Form of Madness.” Emphasis relating to the Soul in a fictional adventure will be remembered, and I am thankful to have read both hauntingly poetic illustrated editions.
